How to create sponsored content (advertorial) with AI, transparently
Naito has a dedicated mode for branded content: you send the sponsor's brief (a prompt, a text file or a PDF) and it writes the advertorial from that material, not from outside news sources. The article ships labeled as sponsored content, with a visible notice at the top and correct structured data (AdvertiserContentArticle, with the sponsor).
Who it's for
Companies and brands that want to publish their own content with an editorial look, agencies and portals that sell advertorials.
Who it's not for
Anyone who wants to disguise advertising as reporting. In the WordPress plugin, the sponsorship notice has no option to turn it off: it is an ethical and legal requirement, not a style preference.
How to do it with Naito
Open Branded Content in the dashboard
It is a page of its own, separate from on-demand requests, with a request history and your plan's quota.
Enter the sponsor and send the material
The sponsor's name is required. Send a prompt, a text file or a PDF with text and images (up to 20 MB), or combine them.
Get the article, faithful to the brief
The criterion is fidelity to the sponsor's material about itself, not fact-checking third parties. The cover comes from an image in the PDF when one is large enough; if there isn't, Naito generates one.
Publish transparently
In WordPress, the sponsorship notice appears at the top of the post. In the webhook, the payload carries is_branded_content and sponsor_name, and the JSON-LD uses AdvertiserContentArticle with the sponsor.
Why it works better this way
The right type for search engines and AI
Advertorial declared as NewsArticle breaks Google's structured-data guidelines. schema.org has a dedicated type, AdvertiserContentArticle, and that is the one Naito uses.
Transparency doesn't hide the content
Correctly declaring content as sponsored doesn't make it invisible to search engines or AI assistants; it stays readable and citable, just honest.
Same voice, same review
The text follows your voice profile and goes through your review policy, like any other Naito content.
Frequently asked questions
Common questions about this guide
How much does a branded content piece cost?
Plans from Essential up include 3 to 20 a month. Beyond the quota, or on Plus, which includes none, each piece is US$9.90.
Can the sponsorship notice be turned off?
Not in the WordPress plugin. In other channels, the payload carries the fields that mark sponsored content so your CMS can show the notice.
Does Naito research news for the text?
No. The raw material is only what you send. That is why fidelity to the brief is the criterion, and the content should reflect what the sponsor states.
Can I send the sponsor's images?
Yes, inside a PDF. Naito picks the largest image above a minimum size as the cover; with no candidate, it generates an image.
