How to keep your own voice in AI-written content
For AI to write like you, it needs more than a prompt: it needs rules that apply to every text. In Naito you set a voice profile (tone, audience, editorial angle, depth and language), banned and preferred terms, free-form instructions and your style guide. All of it is applied to every article, not just the first one.
Who it's for
Bloggers and creators with a style of their own, brands with a writing guide and newsrooms that won't accept generic text.
Who it's not for
Anyone who wants neutral, standardized text with no point of view. Any generator will do for that; Naito pays off when there is a voice to preserve.
How to do it with Naito
Describe your voice profile
In Settings, set tone, target audience, editorial angle, depth and output language. Each field has a hint in the dashboard and applies to every article.
List what the AI should never (or always) say
Add banned terms and preferred terms, and write free-form instructions of up to 2,000 characters for everything that doesn't fit the fields.
Upload your style guide
Send your real writing guide as a PDF, text or markdown file. For each article, Naito retrieves the most relevant passages from the document instead of applying the whole manual. This feature is on plans from Essential up.
Add your own facts
In the facts bank, record numbers, quotes and details from real cases that only your business knows (up to 280 characters each, up to 50 facts). Nothing is invented: you supply the fact. Also from Essential up.
Correct and let the profile evolve
When you reject or correct articles in review, Naito suggests adjustments to your voice profile based on those patterns. You accept or dismiss each suggestion.
Why it works better this way
Generic text is the first to lose
Content with no point of view is the easiest target for any quality update and the easiest for readers to ignore. A voice of your own is what brings people back.
Rules that enter every generation
Banned terms, preferred terms, instructions and style-guide passages are applied to each article, instead of depending on someone remembering to ask for them in a prompt.
Every client, a different angle
Even when two accounts start from the same headline, Naito picks a different editorial angle for each, deterministically, never at random.
Frequently asked questions
Common questions about this guide
Does Naito write exactly like me?
It follows your profile, your guide and your facts, and improves as you correct it. It doesn't clone a person: the result is text aligned with your rules, which you can review before publishing.
Do I need a style guide?
No. The guide is optional. Without it, the voice profile already sets tone, audience and angle, and there is a ready-made style guide template you can adapt.
Can I change the tone for just one article?
Yes. On-demand and YouTube requests have a voice and content override that applies only to that request, without changing your default profile.
Can I write in another language?
Yes. The output language is independent of the source language: an article originally in German can become an article in English, in the voice you configured.
