The best autoblogging plugins for WordPress in 2026
“Autoblogging” covers two different things. Feed importers like WP RSS Aggregator and Feedzy bring other sites' posts into WordPress, optionally paraphrased by AI. AI writers like Naito, Reporter4U, Autoblogging.ai and Koala write new articles and publish them to WordPress. For curated news with attribution, WP RSS Aggregator. For cheap feed import with paraphrasing, Feedzy. For news articles in your own voice with the source credited and a review step, Naito. For the lowest price per AI-written article, Reporter4U.
Prices and features checked on October 21, 2026 on each tool's official pages. This page is published by Naito.
What to look for
Import or write
An importer copies posts from feeds into your site. Publishing the full text of feeds you don't own republishes someone else's work and creates duplicate content; use excerpts with a link, or feeds you have permission to use. An AI writer produces a new text from the facts, which still needs the source credited.
Credit and a link to the source
Whatever the method, readers and the original publisher should see where the story came from. Check whether the plugin adds the credit by default or leaves it to you.
A review step before publishing
Importing as drafts or holding articles in a review queue keeps a person in the loop. Fully automatic publishing is the pattern most exposed to errors and to Google's spam policies.
Who pays for the AI
Some plugins use your own OpenAI key, some include a limited number of AI credits per year, and hosted tools include the AI in the subscription. Count that cost alongside the license.
Whether the plugin is maintained
On WordPress.org, look at the last update, the WordPress version it was tested with, and recent support threads before you install anything that publishes on its own.

The tools, one by one
01Naito
Naito is not a feed importer. It monitors the headlines in the categories you choose, extracts the facts and writes a new article in your voice, ending with “With information from” and a link to the original story. Its WordPress plugin receives each article with its image, SEO fields and structured data, and you choose whether articles publish directly, wait only when confidence is low, or wait for your approval. The same articles can also go to Ghost, a webhook, RSS or the API.
Best for
News sites and blogs on WordPress that want original articles in their own voice, with the source credited and a person able to check before publishing.
Not ideal for
Curating or republishing feeds as they are, evergreen SEO posts, or the lowest price per article. Naito is also new, so there are no third-party reviews yet.
Plus is $69/month for 10 articles a day (about $0.23 each), with a 7-day trial and no credit card. The WordPress plugin is included. See plans
02Reporter4U
Reporter4U is a hosted newsroom platform that publishes to WordPress through the WordPress REST API. It monitors the sources you select, rewrites stories with AI, adds featured images and SEO metadata, and publishes to your connected sites, with editorial approval on paid plans.
Best for
WordPress news sites that want AI-written articles at the lowest price per article, with a free plan to start.
Not ideal for
Teams that need source credit on every article: its public pages don't say whether articles credit the original story.
Free plan with 50 articles a month on one site; Professional is $79/month for 500 articles on up to five sites. Official pricing ↗
03Autoblogging.ai
Autoblogging.ai is a hosted SEO article generator that publishes to WordPress through its plugin or the REST API, as well as to Ghost, Shopify, Wix and Webflow. Its News Mode pulls from Google News and lets you allow or block sources; it writes in 38 languages and can post automatically or after review.
Best for
SEO blogs and agencies publishing across many WordPress sites and languages, where news is one format among several.
Not ideal for
News sites that need every article to credit and link its source by default: the product pages don't say whether News Mode does this.
From $19/month for 40 credits; one credit is one article in Quick or News Mode. Official pricing ↗
04WP RSS Aggregator
WP RSS Aggregator is a WordPress plugin with more than 40,000 active installs and a 4.5 rating from 565 reviews on WordPress.org. The free version displays feeds; Pro imports them as posts, including the full text of truncated feeds, and Elite adds AI rewriting with a yearly allowance of AI credits. Built-in attribution credits the original authors and sources.
Best for
Sites that curate news from many sources and want the original credited, inside WordPress.
Not ideal for
Original articles in your own voice: AI rewriting is only on the Elite plan, limited by credits, and the pages don't describe voice settings.
Pro is $199/year and Elite $269/year for one site, billed yearly; Elite includes 10,000 AI credits a year. Official pricing ↗
05Feedzy
Feedzy is a WordPress plugin with more than 40,000 active installs and a 4.6 rating from 360 reviews on WordPress.org. The free version runs one import from RSS feeds into posts, including as drafts; the Developer plan adds full-text import and AI paraphrasing through OpenAI, OpenRouter or Themeisle-managed AI.
Best for
WordPress sites that want feed import with AI paraphrasing on a low yearly budget, including agencies with many sites.
Not ideal for
News sites that need the source credited in every post, or new articles written in their own voice: paraphrasing reworks the imported text rather than writing a new article.
Personal is $99/year; AI paraphrasing starts with Developer at $149/year for one site. Agency is $399/year for 50 sites. Official pricing ↗
06Koala
Koala is a hosted SEO article writer with a “Brand DNA” voice setting, real-time data and optional citations. It publishes to WordPress as well as Shopify, Webflow and Ghost, or through webhooks and an API.
Best for
SEO and affiliate sites on WordPress that want long, researched articles rather than news.
Not ideal for
Daily news from headlines: it doesn't monitor news, and word-based pricing makes the cost per article vary with length and AI model.
From $25/month for 45,000 words; new accounts get 5,000 free words. Official pricing ↗

Frequently asked questions
Common questions
Will Google penalize an autoblog?
Google doesn't penalize automation as such. It targets scaled content made mainly to manipulate rankings with little value for readers, and copied or lightly reworked content from other sites. Original articles, a credited source, human review and steady growth reduce the risk; republishing whole feeds you don't own increases it.
Is it legal to import other sites' RSS feeds into my blog?
Showing headlines and short excerpts with a link is common practice. Republishing the full text of someone else's articles generally needs their permission. When in doubt, use excerpts with a clear credit and link, or write a new article from the facts and credit the source.
What is the best free autoblogging plugin for WordPress?
Feedzy's free version can import one feed into posts, and WP RSS Aggregator's free version displays feeds. For AI-written articles, Reporter4U has a free plan with 50 articles a month, and Naito has a 7-day trial with 2 articles a day and no credit card.
Do I need my own OpenAI key?
Feedzy can use your own OpenAI or OpenRouter key or Themeisle-managed AI. WP RSS Aggregator includes AI credits with its license. Hosted tools such as Naito, Reporter4U, Autoblogging.ai and Koala include the AI in the subscription.
