How to publish automatically to WordPress or Ghost

Connect Naito to your site once and articles start arriving on their own: in WordPress through the Naito Connector plugin, in Ghost through the native integration with the Admin API Key, and in any other CMS by webhook, RSS or API. You choose whether the article arrives as a draft, published, or following Naito's recommendation.

Who it's for

Bloggers and companies on WordPress or Ghost who want to stop copying and pasting text, image and SEO for every article.

Who it's not for

Anyone who needs a fully customized editorial flow inside the CMS with no development at all: for a custom CMS, you need to integrate the webhook or the API.

How to do it with Naito

  1. WordPress: install the plugin and paste the key

Install the Naito Connector plugin (instructions are in the documentation) and paste your API key in Settings. No developer needed.

  2. WordPress: choose the publishing mode

Draft, publish automatically, or follow Naito's recommendation, which comes from the confidence level of the source extraction. The choice is yours, and the plugin never downgrades a post you have already reviewed.

  3. Ghost: paste the Admin API Key

The integration is native: no third-party plugin and no webhook to configure. Ghost receives the article as a draft or published, following Naito's recommendation. This feature is on plans from Essential up.

  4. Other CMS: webhook, RSS or API

Receive each article by an HMAC-signed webhook, import the per-client RSS feed, or pull articles through the paginated REST API. When the source changes, the update webhook resends the corrected article.

Why it works better this way

  • Arrives ready, not as loose text

Each article comes with a featured image, SEO title and description, JSON-LD and, in WordPress, a collapsed sources section and a pack of social media text.

  • Update instead of duplicate

If the story changes after publishing, Naito resends an update. In WordPress, the existing post is updated without changing the status you already set.

  • The decision to publish stays yours

Combine the CMS publishing mode with Naito's review: publish straight through, hold back what has low confidence, or approve everything before it is sent.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about this guide

Do I need to know how to code?

Not for WordPress and Ghost: you just paste the key. For a custom CMS, a developer is needed to receive the webhook or use the API.

Do articles arrive as drafts?

That depends on your choice: draft, published, or the recommended mode, which decides based on the article's confidence level.

What happens if the story changes?

Naito resends the updated article. The update can go through your review queue before overwriting the published text.

Does it work with other CMSs?

Yes, through a webhook, a per-client RSS feed or the REST API. The documentation has payload and signature-verification examples.
